We are delighted to welcome you to our annual Earth Village Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.
Dates for next course:
16-23 January 2026
27 February - 6 March 2026
24 April - 1 May 2026
Three 8-Day Immersions in a Beautiful Barn in Snowdonia, Wales
The course is in-person and residential, including accommodation at the gorgeous Ddol Helyg Barn located at the foothills of the Snowdonia Mountain Range in Wales. Some of the rooms will be mixed gender dorms. Contact us if you have any questions or requirements and we will see what we can do.
We feel inspired to create an atmosphere that evokes the ambience of an ashram—waking up early together to do practice, supporting one another and really dropping in as a community.
We are also going to be having online sessions between the in-person weeks.
It is sure to be a magical and transformative journey.
Kundalini Yoga is for everyone who has a body.
It works with our subtle energies and tunes up all the different areas in the body.
This is a deep dive into the magic and mysteries of the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga and how to deliver these teachings safely and effectively.
The course will guide you to rise up as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher whilst also having a rooted understanding of how to hold sacred space for people processing trauma and emotions.
If you do not wish to become a teacher at the end of the course, this will still be a wonderful course to deepen your awareness of how Kundalini Yoga and Meditation can uplift your life. Although you may find yourself inspired and unable to resist the urge to pass these teachings on…
We are both deeply devoted to redefining Kundalini Yoga to be accessible and inclusive to all, and honouring a balanced path towards addiction liberation, nervous system strengthening and all-round healing.
That we can move away from a hyper-structured, prescriptive, pressurised way of engaging with Kundalini Yoga and find a way to bow to the sacred flow of this precious practice.
Kundalini Yoga is about the path of progress, not perfection.

Nam Prakash Kaur
I first found Kundalini Yoga via some DVDs lent by a Hatha teacher.
At the time, I was raising four young sons as a single mum and drinking heavily. I was completely adrift without much in the way of solid ground. Anchoring myself to a disciplined sadhana practice massively enhanced (if not saved) my life and those of my children.
I still find myself shedding tears as I write this.
I am so profoundly grateful.
I am now a full-time Gestalt Psychotherapist and Kundalini Yoga Teacher.
Jote-Prakash Singh
Age 17 I was plunged into a spiritual awakening that blew my mind wide apart (the doctors labelled it psychosis, I call it 'The Big Trip').
Around that time I committed myself to a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and at age 18, I came to the realisation that all the joyful and heightened states in the Universe could be inspired within my own body.
In one swift year I let go of meat, fish, alcohol, weed, sugar, dairy... I'm still working on giving up people-pleasing!
These days, I am an Inspiro Circle-Holder, a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Musician, Writer and am trained in NLP, EFT, Hypnotherapy and Transformational Life Coaching.
I truly cherish the journey of building community and being more deeply in service and hope I am able to do so for many, many more years to come.
Please Note
Some of our community who want to join the training are Mothers with Babies. They will have a nanny with them so we have said this is okay for us, as we believe Kundalini Yoga in particular is a householders practice and is designed to support us to handle challenges that come up during practice. Please do get in touch if this is a concern for you in any way, and we are happy to discuss.
Food
Sharing food is something we are so passionate about at all our events.
We believe that when bellies are nourished and we feel nurtured, we can drop deeper together and allow the process to happen organically.
We cook together, we bless the food, and we always source seasonal and organic food as much as possible.
All food will be vegan and refined-sugar free with GF options (just let us know)
All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), drinks and sweet treats are included in the course fees.

Kundalini Yoga works through the nervous system, emotions, and subconscious. It is natural for feelings to surface. You will be guided in grounding, self-regulation, and integration practices. This is also why we have brought in elements of Gestalt Psychotherapy to weave in trauma-aware layers of care throughout.
